I have previously posted that I am not a big bathing suit shopper. This was always because I couldn’t find something that would fit correct, or fit my style.
In my review of the Black Vines Tankini swimsuit I am surprised with how nice it fit me. What I really liked about it, and why I chose this one is that I can lay out in the sun with it, and when I swim with it that it does not lift up on me. I also picked this one because it was a two piece bathing suit. That’s what I’m used to wearing. Of the things that I didn’t like about it was that the bottoms were just a little big, but I could always get smaller bottoms, or even a skirt bottom if I wanted. The straps were also a little loose, and hubby said that I could have tried a size smaller if I wanted to, but I’m not sure of that.
I did ask others what they thought about the bottoms because I’m use to skirt type suits, and they seem to like it, so it will do just fine for now. I’m also happy with the pattern on the swimsuit as this too is new to me. I’m use to wearing just plain old black. This swim suit also washed, and dried with no problems at all.

When it comes to buying swimwear I’m not one for buying online. Due to the fact that I wear a plus size, and even though it looks good on the models I just don’t know how it would look on my body type. So in wanting to help other women out there that feel the same way as me I thought I would do a review, and a video about my experience.
The bathing suit I picked out was the black plus size swimdress made by Beach Scene. I chose this because it looked like a cute bathing suit that I could wear, and be comfortable. I got the black because I’m not big on bright colors, but it does come in other nice colors, and patterns. When I got the swimsuit I first put it on to make sure that it fit, and that I would be confortable in it. I was surprised at how nice it looked on me. I also liked that it fit me like a sundress more than a bathing suit. It’s nice enough that I can do my yard work in it, or if I had a BBQ I could wear this and also go swimming. I thought it also was very flattering to my shape. This surprised me because the information showed that it has tummy control, and I was unsure of how this would feel, but it felt fine once I got it on.
What I was not to crazy about was the under the dress like bathing suit. It is a one piece suit. I did know this when I ordered, it’s just that my last one had two pieces, and I was not too sure if I wanted a one piece or not. It all turned out fine, and the under piece is black so it does not look funny when I swim in it. It’s a hand wash, and line dry swimsuit. When I did this for the first time the swimsuit kept its shape, and still fit fine.
I really am very happy with this bathing suit because I can wear it anywhere. I’m also happy that the bathing suit prices are not that high like most stores. When they say plus size it also comes with a plus price, but not at Swimsuitsforall .com. I know I will be buying more from them in the near future, and to all the plus size women like me who think you can’t buy the right swimsuit online I say Try it, and you too might find out like me you were wrong and you can.
